great price, perfect fit - good buy.
Looks a little different than the original, but seems better built. The part was easy to install and worked perfect.

for the price, well worth it.
The price is obviously great, and the item showed up fast (two things I needed), but some modifications were needed to make fit. Some of the studs did not line up for the heat shields and needed persuaded with a hammer and a couple of welds on the plate that bolts to the head where in the way of the bolts and wouldn't seat until I filed them down flush (not on the head side - that was smooth). The material was solid and seemed well made otherwise and overall fit properly and came with all parts shown. The doughnut gasket that goes between the new converter and exhaust pipe was not a tight fit and seemed to leak a bit. I bought one from a local auto place that fit better and fixed that issue. The bolts/springs that connect the bottom of the converter to the exhaust pipe are a little different than the original, but seems to do the job.
