Satisfied customer.
This is the perfect feeder for cats. I have an overweight cat which it works great for. It trains the cat to realize you are not the responsible party issuing the food, the feeder is. So instead of the cat constantly bothering you to put feed in its pan it learns to wait for the feeder to dispense it. Also great for our others cats too. We have three. They know which one is theirs by the message you record and plays each time food is dispensed.

Great product
Because there was no instructions with the unit, I went online to get them. After that it was easy and I AM very pleased with the product.
