long battery life and easy to use
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased the up3 to use when my battery ran out on my apple watch. Mostly i use the UP3 for sleep tracking, but sometimes i use it for activity tracking. it comes in handy to have an alternative. i charged the UP3 when i received it and have had to charge it every 5 days or so. The app tells you when the battery is getting low, so that is when i put it on the charger. a few hours later it is ready for almost a week. i use the smart alarm feature to wake me up at a good time close to the time i pick for the alarm. It automatically detects the type of activity that one is engaged in so that makes it easy also. The app makes suggestions how to change behavior to achieve goals.

Smart thermostat
In an energy saving effort, this thermostat was purchased to replace an old programmable version. So far it is easy to use and convenient. On a recent trip I was able to tune down the heat while away, which I had forgotten to do prior to leaving.
