I've been using these 2-cup bowls for years!
They're the perfect size for me , beans in one, brown rice in the other, or fruit, ace real, etc.
Best of all they are thick glass but lightweight
that last and last. Microwave safe. What more can you ask for? Try them, you'll like them!

1 of 1 found this helpful My Periodontist (specializes in gum diseases) recommended these Proxabrushes instead of the Gum Go-Betweens Becauses they had worn down the enamel between my teeth. That doesn't happen with these brushes. They work great; I've used them for so long I can't stand the feeling of food in between my teeth so I use them after eating anything. That's a terrific habit to get into. It doesn't erase the need for flossing since you can go below the gum line with floss, but they're the next best thing.
