Great value
The bracket fits my CB just fine the gap between the bracket and CB is filled by using the 2 included rubber washers. Overall A+ as I wanted a black bracket too. Good kit overall.

Uniden 78XL Last of the old style.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the model before they went SMT for the board. The last one that was easy to adjust and modify things. Mated mine to RFX95 and now it works very well. Good audio. Clean classic look.

Works well for the money. Tad off..
Bought for my 2950CD radio and TS350 amp. Seems to be close when running SSB.. on AM it comes in about 3 1/2w when it's actually 2w or so.. also came in high with amp on at 110-120w do when it's really about 80w or so.. I have another MFJ and AM reads high on that as well. I got I mainly for the SWR feature and that matches my other meters just fine 1.2-1 on channel 1 and 1-1 on 40. Backlight appears to be incandescent and lights mainly bottom half. Good overall
