Operation Issues
1 of 2 found this helpful The initial setup was easy. There are four cleaning modes and a double cleaning option. The vacuum cleaning feature is average and the mopping feature preforms less than average. An area of concern involves the navigation capability. Most of the time it ends up against a wall or furniture and turns off before completing cleaning cycle. It has trouble maneuvering from carpet to a carpet runner. Although fully charged, this unit’s battery drains before completing and of the cleaning modes and it does not return to the charger before the battery is depleted.
