3 of 3 found this helpful Product does what it was advertised to do but not well. Minor negative is the noise. I didn't expect it to be noiseless but I also didn't expect the operating noise level of the pump to be as great as it is. Not a don't buy negative but it is a negative. The bad part is, after turning the unit on, every time you start spraying you get a big burst of material from the nozzle that quickly reduces to the setting you want. When you are going from plant to plant in a large bed, spraying the weeds individually, which is 85% of the type of spraying I do, I am wasting serious amounts of material. Pressure should remain constant from trigger pull to end of material. That is why I bought a unit with an electrical pump to do and this one does not. After a couple of uses I find the unit is now dripping material after releasing the trigger. Not much, but move the wand while this is happening and you kill something you don't want dead.
Over all the product does as advertised, just not well and in a limited capacity. Guess I will use it to spray fertilizer instead of a herbicide. For this use it is great. I don't mind a little fertilizer getting on the weeds that have been freshly sprayed with a standard pump up sprayer. Really wish this thing worked better as my wrists could use a break from all that pumping using a standard sprayer.
Could only recommend to purchase for limited use. Unfortunately that use was not what I wanted it for.
