Some parts shown in listing photos were not included in the package. Seller suggested I get the missing parts made but that would make the item too expensive, besides I bid on what was shown. Seller needs to be more careful describing the items, post new photos not old ones, and be responsible for making sure all items shown in the listing both in the description and in photos are sent. It’s not good enough to say you can return it as that can cost a lot of money for heavy items like this one.

Every single part shown in the photo was shipped and I noted this had been in storage for over 25 years implying I could not be certain it was complete.

Item was exactly as described, but shipping was pretty bad. Very expensive and the item, a precision machine tool, was shipped in a large box poorly packed with packing peanuts and Styrofoam. Item arrived covered in static-charged crumbs of Styrofoam and required extensive cleaning, should've been wrapped in plastic before being packed. For $44+ for shipping, I expected better. Still, the item was priced fairly, described well, and shipped quickly. I would do business w/ seller again.

At MarMachine we do everything we can to minimize the shipping cost and seldom or never charge more then the actual shipping. I just verified the cost of this shipment. out of pocket, and I earned $.13 for supplying the packing material and preparing the package for shipment.
