Chapman EOS-100 Electrostatic Meter: Used

It works! Solid, useful, good value.
The basic instructions are printed on the meter and it works even though the last calibration sticker says JUN of '90. The case is metal and has a heavy solid feel. The power switch protects the sensor electronics by shorting the probe to the case ground. Calibration potentiometers are accessible inside if it needs a touch up.
