Not like for like

The actual battery we got sent was a different style to the original one, so at first we did not think it would fit. We also realised the screws to get access to change the battery over had a special head on them which meant we had to break them to replace the battery and also had to find new screws to hold it in. The battery itself is fine and has charged well but we suggest the customer is also sent screws and a tool to help them change it over.
