Gets job done

U get what u pay for, the stand don't work properly. It won't stay in when pulling up, contain leaks not suppose to wen water is in it ...sheath for the hose not good.. but it does the job it suppose to ....strap is the best way to use this Refurbished tobi... NEW IS BETTER!!!!
