An excellent value in a smaller iMac!
2 of 2 found this helpful I've always had Macs for production - print, web, audio, and video. I haven't upgraded my main work station (a 27" Mac) for about 6 years now, so although this isn't the newest, top-of-the-line unit by any stretch, it is very fast, has a beautiful display and is everything I hoped for and more.
A lot of people seem to stay away from used or refurbished units and maybe I've always just been lucky, but I have never had a problem and have always been pleased by my purchases. They are a tremendous value (of course you have to buy carefully!) but they are well worth it.
In particular, this 2017 iMac 21.5 inch is at least for now, fast enough for everything I'm throwing at it and it's a pleasure to work with.
It arrived on time as planned, made the trip with me into NYC from LI and has traveled to 3 other places where I had to be temporarily stationed with work, etc. and the size and weight of the unit has also made it very easy to work with. Not a laptop to be sure, but relatively easy to transport and of course, set up is a snap.
