    Seller provided good communication and packed very well to avoid crushing HOWEVER the hat quality is cheap, thin and has a soft top that does not maintain any shape like the photos in the listing. I put it next to another Dean "dad hat" I have (not a trucker hat) for reference. Seller did agree to a return if I paid for the shipping which is half the cost of the hat and told me afterwards they'd give me a partial refund which they never sent.
