Thanks to Calorie King my life is so much easier when eating out.
This is the greatest book especially for Diabetics because it is very frustrating to try and count Carbs correctly. When using an insulin pump it is most important to count them correctly because the amt of insulin taken depends on the Carb count. If Carbs counted as too many the sugar could drop too low. If carbs counted as not as much the sugar will be high. Both are very hard to deal with.
This Calorie King book helps me to know how many carbs to count when going to different places to eat. French fries, for instance, vary so much for each restaurant that it makes a great difference in amt of insulin taken. This book tells me how many carbs to count for the various products out there.
It helps me maintain a better sugar level.

Yeti cup holder
Love the handle. I have arthritis and this makes holding large cup so much easier. No dropping it. Highly recommend it
