Our "Go-to" pool for summer fun!
We have been purchasing this style pool for the past several years. Usually, it does only last about only 1 summer, sometimes 2 before acquiring a leak. But for us, it is a lot better than the inflatable ones. The price is reasonable enough that we don't mind purchasing a new one of this type each year. Great pool!

Magnesium helps me sleep better at night
I started taking magnesium mostly to help me sleep better at night and it definitely makes a huge difference. I notice when I do not take it and I try not to be without it for this reason. I read that it also can help prevent osteoporosis which runs in my family so I am hoping that it is also helping in that area in the long run.
