Holds more but not enough
Expected to be able to stack quart jars with pints on top, but no can do...jelly jars barely even make it (stacked on top)...you have to watch this like a hawk to stay at the psi directed. My 10 quart Fagor is much easier to use and maintain pressure, but smaller of course. Still, I used both and had better luck with my Fagor when it came to the jars actually sealing. I'll use it again, but will probably only put pint size jars, as they're stackable.

Solid construction
1 of 1 found this helpful Holds about a week's worth of kitchen scraps and cardboard, paper, etc. Saturday comes, dump it in compost bin, rinse out, start over...great little kitchen tool.
