Bach white chestnut..Great!!
I take two drops in a little water or a little orange juice a day it gives you peace of mind gives you rest I can explain it but if you have any anxiety it will definitely help

Not worth $24.95 .
I was disappointed because I did not think it was Heavy enough and I didn't realize the sizes of them but it just wasn't strong enough information
