Required initial support but a good product
I've had the product for just over a month now and it has been working as expected. It has been reliable so far albeit my setup is quite basic: Dell XPS attached to one DisplayPort monitor, Logitech keyboard, 5.1 sound system, 2 hard drives, and Razor mouse.
Initially, the device couldn't maintain a consistent connection and kept restarting making it almost useless to me. I raised a support ticket through the website. Once a support engineer became available, they assisted with trying to resolving the issue or process a return. The issue ended up being missing updates on firmware on the docking station, as well as my own devices. I was happy with how Plugable handled my issue and since the resolution, I haven't had any concerning issues.
TLDR: Overall, happy with the product. Needed assistance initially to get the firmware updated on the docking station, as well as my own devices. Support from Plugable was fast and a key reason for why I am happy with this purchase.
