  The seller sent the wrong mobile phone case. They Implied it was my fault for choosing the wrong case. And only offered a 20% refund and advised me to give the case to a friend. The order confirmation from Ebay stipulated the case I purchased and not the one sent. I will not use this seller again. And i advise others to look elsewhere. There are many good sellers on Ebay. They have not responded to my 2nd request for a returns label. The case has been escalated through Ebay.

  DON’T buy from this seller because if you do and it’s faulty then they’ll try and offer a discount 50% then 70% : then ask you to pay return postage even though they lie and state that a postage label has been sent. Then state that they won’t pay the postage at all! I had to ask eBay to step in after a week of this behaviour and was given a refund immediately. Sellers like this are disgusting.
