  Vitamix arrived in good condition, as pictured/described, clean, and in good working order. Price was average for similar used models of the same age, but this was an especially good value to me because the teal version is hard to find. Shipped out in two days. The shipping box was pretty badly split open upon delivery, but fortunately there was no damage to the item. Seemed like it could have used some more and/or denser packing material for such a heavy item, but all's well that ends well.
