It is new, looks good. Does work on clothing but what I bought it for was to restore vintage felt hats. The steam isn't warm enough to soften the felt. I find the shape of the water tank awkward to fill because the tank doesn't have a flat surface to sit on. You have to hold the tank with one hand and pour from a one gallon of distilled water with the other. I usually spill some water.

The Sansa e250 MP3 player
The Sansa is about as good as it gets. Having the micro SD card you can keep a library of music, videos, or photos. Just put in the the card that has what you want. The only problem I have experienced is the difference in versions. The latest version can use the SDHC micro cards, presently up to 8 gig. The earlier versions will only use the standard SD micro cards. The earlier versions doesn't allow deleting music with the player. You have to connect to a pc and delete files on the pc.
