The Cat Who Went to Heaven...
I purchased this book to serve as a gift for someone who supports our rescue work. However, I could not resist gently reading it before boxing it up as a gift. The story is very new to me, and the ending was not what I expected. It was a bittersweet ending and a surprise. Since I write myself, I often guess the plot of a book before too long, so it was nice to be surprised. I know almost nothing about Buddhism, but gained a good appreciation for that religion through the animal illustrations in the story, and the miracle at the end! I highly recommend this as a good read and a collector's piece!
