The swivel is too loose.
The swivel is too loose and allows the phone to move around too easily particularly with the larger size phones.

A fantastic value!
The preamp fit beautifully into my guitar. The price is unbelievable compared to music shops that want ten times as much. A distinctly great value.

Yes it is a previously installed unit but it WORKS flawlessly
There were no instructions but not needed anyway and this unit replaced an older non working unit perfectly.
