Didn't Work at All
Got the phone and it DIDN'T WORK! If it was refurbished, they must have missed the part where it didn't work. I couldn't swipe anything on the screen. I also didn't read the part where it doesn't come with a SIM card, charger or cable. (my fault) All in all. not a good experience. In fairness, they offered to send a new one, but I was afraid of getting another one that didn't work.

Very Pleased
We ordered one and liked it so much, we ordered another. They were in perfect condition and looked like brand new. We got them two days after we ordered too. We couldn't be any more pleased with the phones and the company selling them.
