Nice product, but received with unreported damage.
This is a used product, but the Locomotive shell had been forced off the undercarriage either too much, or with such force that if the loco is picked up by the top, that the undercarriage drops down and sometimes falls off. This damage was not reported in the description prior to me purchasing this item.
As far as the product, other than the damage, it is a nicely detailed locomotive and seems to run ok.

Good Product, but I expect it has a time limited usefulness.
The hardware product seems to be good,but the End User Software support is lacking.software support is lacking (of which is provided by other companies that the manufacturer). It seems that EVGA is retiring this product line, so this lack of software support will not likely improve, except for the standards that are supported by this hardware. Additionally, as the standards evolve I expect that EGVA will not be updating the hardware and/or microcode to keep pace.
It is fine for me, as it performs the functions I need, but it is already sub-par against current video standards. My usage is also short term.
I give the hardware above average quality rating, but I expect it's usefulness to be time limited.

Navage a good and useful product.
Good, quality product. It is helping me with sinus congestion in 5 days. I plan to continue using it the full two weeks, but so far I am very pleased.
It is a bit hard and for some may be traumatic, but read the directions, be patient and keep trying. It took me several days to get the hang of it. Navage includes an 800 number to call for help with this, use it!
