Quality issues
3 of 8 found this helpful We watched the demonstration on RFD and was excited about getting one. Well I remember when the owner was cooking that the gasket kept falling off the lid, thought that was strange. Well guess what, it is a problem, the gasket fit fine when the pot is cold, when it heats up and take the lid off the gasket falls into the food. We called the factory and got a smart lady that says that's not a bid deal, just get out of food and clean it off. So we finally got to another lady and she is going to send us a new gasket to see if that will correct the problem.
