Best concealer

I hydrate under my eyes, leave a few minutes; dab some under the eye and other areas, then leave it for a minute or two before blending using a damp sponge or beauty blender. . A little goes a long way. I usually set it with a light dusting of It Cosmetics powder foundation. No problem with creasing. It lasts all thru my work day around 8 hours. I've even been known, before going out, to pop a little eye cream on under my eyes before dabbing on a little more of the shape tape and it lasts all night.
