Google mini
8 of 8 found this helpful We have an Alexa and a google mini because we found the google assistant is far more knowledgeable than the Alexa. That said I have an Android phone using google play as my music player an my google mini will not play the music on it unless I pay for the premium version, same with spotify, but at least with spotify I can download the free app and then stream it to my Google mini and it will do that. Just a crying shame it wont do the same with my Google play app.

Smart bulbs
Got an Alexa for Christmas so decided to add a few smart devices. Started with 2 smart plugs to turn lamps on and off, then saw these smart bulbs and thought why not. Turned up really quickly and worked with my smart home app ( same app as needed for my plugs ) was as simple as remove old bulbs, put in new bulbs go to app and turn lamps on and off 3 times and app detected them and away you go, voice activated, colour changing lamps. Great product at a reasonable cost 👍👍👍
