A Cheap Knock-Off, but at least it works
The design of this remote is not 100% identical to the OEM product. It has four arc shaped buttons surrounding the round enter button; the original has a disc surrounding the enter button. The remote looks exactly like the picture supplied. The remote feels less solid, and the buttons have a really poor feel. You have to press the buttons very hard to use them; much harder than on the original product. The light is so poor and faint that it is effectively useless. The remote does everything you would expect and is programmed properly for Samsung TVs for which it is designed. It just feels like a cheap knock-off, which it is, and I would not expect it to last more than a year or two. Is it worth 10 or 12 bucks? Probably so, but I wish it was more solid and that the buttons worked more easily.

A Well Researched and Updated Reference
Leslie's "Lions" (plural) book is essentially an update of his earlier "Honesdale and the Stourbridge Lion" (singular) book. In this volume, information on the replica Stourbridge Lion, built for and exhibited at the Chicago Century of Progress in 1933 is included -- this is the second Lion in the title. No doubt minor updates to the text of the first Lion is also included. The information on the second Lion is much more succinct, Leslie's work is well written and scholarly with copious footnotes. An extended bibliography is included. Leslie's research includes virtually all published sources from contemporary to the first Lion to modern times as well as unpublished sources such as interviews, diaries, etc. He includes material not found in any other sources and seeks, as much as he is able, to solve "problems" of history such as conflicting information from multiple sources. Illustrations are included throughout and are well used and well captioned.
