Good product but casing doesn't stay put

I believe in the product but not in the way they put it together. This is the second order of this product that I have received. Both times the unit fell apart and was hard to get back together and stay put. The first time the bottom separated so I had to get the 2 inner tubes lined up and push enough for them to connect and stay. The second product separated at the top so I had to get the 2 tubes back in line with the top and push enough to stay. I have noticed similar problems among the reviews on-line. The expiry date was far ahead but it doesn't really matter since the product only lasts maybe 6 weeks.
