  Carolinatarps are the greatest. The crossbow ordered wasn't the right one and the shipping label Ebay supplied was for USPS, they would not ship due to size. Called Carolinatarps and told them the issue, they PROMPTLY took care of the problem and though it was purchased on Ebay needed to go through them, which could not be due to shipping issues they went to bat for me and took it back, asked how best they could change description to prevent it and sent correct part at my doorstep in 2 days
