Small, but mighty. Nice for chopping and slicing small quantities of food like cheeses, bread crumbs, celery. Perfect for mixing small quantities of guacamole, hollandaise, salsa.

The 3-cup size of the machine makes it handy for processing small quantities of food and fast to clean. Perfect for empty-nesters and small families. Many recipes in the included booklet call for combining all ingredients in processor bowl which makes clean-up a breeze. Particularly tasty are the Cranberry-Orange and Blueberry-Lemon muffin recipes, which make 6 muffins.
