Head mount is ok...
I got the head mount...I lost my camera in the Atlantic...wave hit me and took the go pro off my head and never saw it again...if using this rig for extreme sports,,,make a tether (string from the rig to arm or neck)....it's good for standard fishing or things like that..,but any force or wind will make it fall off your head..
