Device not working - Good exterior, faulty machine - wouldnt buy again
The product received was a surface PRO i5 64GB with Touch Cover Teclado and the charger.
I was surprised when I received it, because it is a PRO 2, and older model.
I turned it on, did the setup and put it charging.
1st Issue - It was in working order, but the maximum batery charge was 60%.
2nd Issue - The batery lasted very little time, this was with a minimum usage. Opening webpages and testing if the programs where working. So in order to use it for batery consuming operations I would have to have the deviced plugged in, which denies the principal of usages of these devises which is transport it anywhere and use it anywhere.
3rd and final issue - The batery started not charging, and also when I turned it in asked me to do some essential/mandatory updates to the basic programs the device had.
After this it stopped working, when you pressed the button to turn it on, it would appear the screen with the "surface" logo and then nothing, black screen. Now it doesnt even respond.
And yes I did try with the power source connected to the surface and nothing, even tried leaving it "charging for a few hours", nothing.
I spent my money in a device that I use 3 times, 4 the most for very short periods of time.
