Can't get it to heat

It powers on and will tell you the room temp but that's about it. Can't get it to heat. Can't log into the app even though it sends me my login and password and I copy and paste both in. Says wrong password or login. If it worked it would be nice. Has a nice size and wheels but it doesn't do anything but tell the room temperature.

Screen size for web surfing and reading ebooks

OK, so the tablet is great. Everything I expected after reading reviews. I had been using a nexus 7 so the screen size was the biggest difference. This is the wider screen size (in portrait). Which is great fit reading ebooks and surfing the web. It is not as optional for watching movies or videos as it is not in the normal wide screen format your used to when watching videos. If your primary reason for the tablet is video you should probably get a tablet with the aspect ratio for video. If you will be using it for reading and web surfing, using word or excel, this is the tablet for you. It updated to Android 6 marshmallow as soon as I connected to the Wii Fi. Probably won't get nugat (Android 7) as Samsung doesn't bother to keep their tablets updated to the newest OS after the first year they are released. I am very happy with this tablet. I miss the wide screen aspect ratio when watching video, but love this screen size for everything else.
