    Item described as having “a few stains” arrived covered in massive yellow, brown, blue, and purple marks. Seller offered refund only if I returned two huge packages I can’t transport. Asked for a partial refund, she told me to dye the fabric and later offered just $50. For a 20-piece set, that’s unreasonable. Communication was poor and dismissive. Now I’m out $600. Very disappointed. Please be cautious when buying from this seller.

    You cannot send a refund request, and then ask for money after I purchased a return label. If you wanted extra money to dye the fabric and sell it again. Just say so. You are free to pack it back in the two boxes and ship it back for FREE. I am paying for the shipping. Per policy, I will only refund the full amount once I receive them back.

    While the product itself arrived quickly with seemingly all pieces, the packaging was not good at all, especially for the price charged. By the time it arrived to my house, it was basically just tape with major gaps at seams. The item is functional, but there was more cosmetic and fabric damage than was pictured or properly described in the listing.
