  I made an offer, seller never read the offer, so I bought the item. The seller never shipped the item. Had to go through eBay to get refunded. The seller never responded to eBay either. If you're going to be a seller, you need to respond to the customer and for sure to eBay. If I had gotten a respond from the seller, I would have been more patient, but nothing for 3 weeks, that's too long.
