AmAzing quality, recommend to all
The bands are great! I don’t use them for pull-up assistance although my girlfriend does, I use them for all kinds of exercises and they work wonders. I’m convinced you could make great gainz using the different levels of resistance these bands provide, perfect for the current closed gym/covid situation
