Good value but small niggles.
2 of 2 found this helpful This grill/toaster is good value but does have a couple of minor issues. It is light and has a large enough cooking surface. It heats up vey fast, but tends to switch off a bit too soon, then takes a long while to switch back on, a slight modification to the adjustable thermostat would make all the difference. Other users have also remarked about this fault.
The included drip tray works well, but there is no way for it to be store in place. A small clip or modification to the housing would improve its usefulness.
The plates only open to 90 degrees, making the non removable plates less easy to clean, although the marbled surface is very smooth and easy to keep fairly clean, washing the plates is not an option.
The unit cannot be stored on edge, so it a bit bulky to store. The chord storage is a joke & simply does not work.
All in all it is well made and admiirably serves its purpose and those changes would make it a GREAT unit.

useful little clips
