birds plucking less

I had used this product successfully many years ago for two birds with plucking /chewing problems. Current bird chews on colored outer feathers but still has downy undercoat. After 1 week he had 5 new feathers growing that we was leaving alone. We had overnight guests for this past week and chewing behavior resumed(stress). I am hoping that with things back to normal we will see continued improvement.

Simplicity SideWinder Portable Bobbin Winder

Does the job with some limitations

This bobbin winder is a good price point. Much less costly than having the the bobbin winder sensor repaired on a computerized sewing machine. It winds bobbins quickly, almost too quickly to adjust the evenness of the thread on the bobbin. Even on sewing machine integrated bobbin winders, there can be uneven winding, which can be remedied with just a little manual guiding of the thread. I am happy I found this.
