Great BMW "M" frame
Authentic BMW OEM frame with the "M" logo! . Would have been better if came with screws.

2nd gen swingsetter
I had the earlier version of the swingsetter, which although it broke after a few years, was better than this newer version. This one doesn’t have the same strength In the little magnets that provide the resistance for the sliding mechanism.. There are the same settings 1-5, but there is little difference between 1 and 5 in terms of the strength of the magnet resistance for the little things that slide and click when you swing. I don’t believe the one I received is worn out, it looks in good condition as advertised, I think the design is different and just doesn’t provide as much resistance when you’re swinging harder. It’s still somewhat useful for training the wrist set position and the whip action at the bottom of the swing. I’ll still be using it.

Thule 3118 fit kit
Fits CRV roof rails as intended, instructions could be a bit clearer otherwise solid Thule product as usual.
