Excellent
Exactly what I needed. I have an Owc ssd that I upgraded to awhile back and I kept my original 256 gb Apple ssd. Unfortunately the latest OS Monterrey requires an original apple ssd to provide a needed firmware update. And even more unfortunate was that my original 256 gb apple ssd was not large enough to handle the update…instead of buying a new MacBook I was able to buy this 512 apple ssd, make the upgrade, then reinstall my owc ssd. Worked like a charm!
