  Customer wanted me to send points code in a message rather than ship the card. They then requested to cancel because I didn't message the code fast enough. Items need to have tracking otherwise you can claim you didn't receieve your order. Very unprofessional to request such a thing. I even lowered the price for you. Thanks for wasting my time.
