The item I purchased was expertly packaged, properly labeled, and promptly shipped by the seller. However, the U.S. Postal Service turned delivery into a nightmare, sending the package on an odyssey, losing track of the item. The seller initiated two investigations, and relentlessly pursued it. Throughout the process, I was contacted, and kept me up to date. Seller offered a refund if not delivered. Today, I received it exactly as advertised. Thank you.

Only negative is seller did not respond to 3 separate emails regarding an item in stock and shipment of the cards. (Aug 15, 20 & 24). While waiting reply from seller, I missed out on a few cards that I wanted to purchase because they were bought by another buyer. Very disappointing in that regard. Would buy from this seller again, but unhappy with no communication before purchase.

Cards were individually packed in plastic card sleeves and then neatly held between two rigid card protectors. Very nice, I recommend highly.
