  Item is as described and was placed into the mail quickly. Though I found that eBay's "Expedited" Global Shipping Program isn't anything near expedited and cost way to much. I had a number of UK Airmail Royal posted items beat this shipping by more than a week. I also sent the seller a few messages and no reply was received to my concerns when it appeared the package was stuck or perhaps lost.
