The bike frame is not built by the sounds of talking to the seller.They do not have all the colors of frames that they are selling. Slow to answer emails and will not confirm if the frame has been packed. No tracking Number given and I made my order 3 weeks ago. I will be asking to cancel and if this fails I will refuse delivery! Stay away from this bogus seller!!!

The order took 6 weeks to arrive and spent 5 weeks in China going back and forth, arriving 2 weeks later than estimated delivery time. I contacted Carbon Zone on two occasions to inquire about the matter and did not get a response. All round it has been a negative experience.
