Love these Amway Water Filters
I've had one of these for many years. It does the trick very nicely, and without taking up a lot of cupboard space. And the filters are good for a year - unlike some that have to be replaced every 3 months.

Makes a Full Bodied Coffee Without Bitterness or Acidity
9 of 9 found this helpful LOVE this percolator! I use it every day for my morning coffee and the end result is a rich full bodied cup of coffee. It heats up hotter than drip coffee machines and this releases the full body from the coffee bean. I grind my own coffee beans fresh each morning, on a very course setting, add 6 large rounded tablespoons of coffee for 6 cups of filtered water, and brew for 6 minutes, then allow to sit for 10 minutes. No paper filter required. Its a perfect cup of coffee!
Tips: Do not overfill the water, it must be below the glass basket. When removing the glass centre basket/stem, take the metal cover off first so the full stem is available for lifting it out. When using on an electric burner, be sure to put a wire heat spreader on the burner and do not sit the glass pot directly on the electric burner as it could crack. The wire heat spreader is not required when using on a gas burner.
