She says they are from the manufacturer. Fact is the item did not match listing. She offered a partial refund but that is unacceptable. She can pay for return shipping and provide me a full refund. She said she doesn't accept returns. She accused me of possibly damaging the item and wanting it for free. I will let ebay handle it. Buyers be careful 100% seller rating is not always 100% customer Service Rude.Follow-up from: 2***1- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Ebay stood by their money back guaranteed policy. They gave the seller a chance to properly accept the return and send me a label. Seller ignored ebay. After the deadline day Ebay found the case in my favor and gave me a full refund including shipping. Thank you ebay.
