Great deal on a awesome product

I'm 64 years old and still in pretty good shape. I was diagnosed a couple of years ago as prediabetic (fasting glucose above 100). I've been taking a pre workout drink containing 1000 mg of beta alanine so I already knew the short term effect of BA. I read several articles that claim 4-6g/day of BA will lower fasting blood glucose so I bought a bag and have been taking 4-6g/day. My fasting glucose after 6 weeks has dropped from 104-110mg/dl to 84-90mg/dl per glucometer. After eating carbs my glucose levels return to normal much faster than before. I'm looking forward to testing my A1c after two more months to confirm the drop in the average glucose levels.
