High quality at a reasonable price.
If like myself you have a damaged headphone jack, than this is a great replacement. The plug is machined to an exact tolerance and worked well with my headset. If I had to criticise one thing it would be a lack of pin diagram so you solder the left and right output correctly. However a quick search on the internet should give you all you need to know, providing you can solder.
